dice them up. No secrets, no tricks, just diet and maybe a few butt specific exercises to help you on the road to the now famed “butt-erfly”. No pun intended!
Stiff-legged Dead-lifts
1 set warm up
3 sets of 10-12, increasing weight each set
Sumo Dead-lifts
3 sets of 6-8, work up to heaviest weight
Glute Kickbacks on Hammer Strength machine
3 sets of 10-12, go for feel on this one
Lunges (barbell or dumbbell)
3 sets of 50-100yds or 10-12 reps each leg |
